Jo has worked in the Health & Wellbeing field for over 20 years and specialises in Creating Positive Change and Healthy Choices in the lives of people of all walks of life.

Her journey into wellness began in the 90’s when working in the travel & tourism industry and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, Bilharzia, Bell’s Palsy and Fibromyalgia, all around the same time and no western medicine or techniques were improving my illnesses.

Her expertise covers a range of modalities including: Wellness and Mindset Coaching, Nutrition, Massage, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Medical Intuition, Reflexology, Herbal Medicine, Stress and anxiety relief, Energetic healing, Ear Candling, Holistic Counselling, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, and Reiki.

Jo has carefully curated these retreats where you will immerse yourself in nature and indulge in a range of activities and experiences that will nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul while discovering the natural wonders of Victoria,

Clare Pritchard has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has travelled to both India and the USA to enrich and deepen her understanding of the practice. She is a certified Yoga teacher with a particular interest in working with survivors of trauma, a therapeutic approach which is increasingly recognised as being immensely beneficial for recovery and healing.

As a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) she has a strong passion for embodied healing and social justice. She began her yoga path practicing in the Iyengar Yoga methodology, and became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2003.

Clare became involved in running the successful yoga program at West CASA (Centre Against Sexual Assault) in 2011, and has since introduced the program to CASA House in Melbourne's CBD. Clare completed her TCTSY-F certification through The Trauma Center, Boston in 2018 and continues to offer yoga sessions in the CASA's as part of a holistic body-based therapy program.

Yolli Fisher is a fully qualified and insured animal osteopath and a recognised Equine Practitioner of the Equine Therapy Association of Australia (ETAA).

Yolli graduated from the European School of Osteopathy after four years of study with a Masters Degree in human Osteopathy. 

After a further year, Yolli completed her post graduate and advanced qualifications in animal osteopathy. 

Yolli has also completed further study in Red Light Therapy and Dry Needling, which is often used during treatments where appropriate.

Yolli has extensive experience working with animals from all areas and disciplines and has been surrounded by them since a very young age. 

Having grown up with horses and dogs of her own, Yolli understands just how important a role they can play in ones life- and now dedicates her life towards supporting animals towards a healthy and pain free living.  

She brings this heart-felt passion and dedication towards animals into her daily practice and thrives off the mutual connection and respect built with each individual animals

Sharron has over 20 years experience in Remedial and Relaxation Massage and is also highly trained in Myofascial cupping and dry neeling.  Enjoy a massage in the privacy of your own cottage.

Fleur is a veterinarian who has extensive experience in veterinary acupuncture and natural therapies. In 2008 she graduated with International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and has expanded her knowledge in muscular therapies through gaining Emmett 4 Dogs certification, animal massage and completing a Practical Canine Rehabilitation Course. Emmett therapy is a gentle muscle release technique that uses light touch. Fleur finds that by using a combination of therapies it helps to achieve optimal results for her patients.

During the Retreat, Fleur would like to tailor a relaxing and therapeutic treatment to your dog. The treatment will consist of a combination of laser acupuncture, deep laser therapy, Emmett therapy (a gentle muscle release technique similar to Bowen Therapy) and massage therapy. Fleur can also discuss exercise management and lifestyle factors for your beloved companion and show you some home massage techniques that you can continue to give them at home – which they will love you even more for!

Silvia is an experienced art therapist, counsellor and artists having had 15 years’ experience working with the Arts.

While working in Malaysia introducing expressive arts to young people, Silvia witnessed the powerful influence this had in opening up a meaningful dialogue and giving space to unexpressed emotions.

Silvia guides and supports people to a place of self-expression and insight through art. Communication through visual arts effectively allows people to understand, express and address their inner conflicts leading them to a place of emotional wellbeing.
